Your role
In this role, you will actively participate in supervising and mobilizing volunteer teams, while ensuring the monitoring of schedules, information, and operational needs on the ground. You will play a key role in the organization and smooth running of operations.
Your responsabilities
What you’ll do
- Plan and implement strategies to recruit volunteer team members for prosecution
- Ensure the reception, integration, and training of volunteers
- Regularly follow up with volunteers and answer their questions
- Keep the database up to date (registrations, attendance, availability, evaluations)
- Coordinate the needs for team members for activities and tours
- Manage schedules, assignments, and logistics related to volunteers
- Develop internal communication tools (newsletters, guides, etc.)
- Welcome volunteers on the ground and ensure attendance
- Support teams and assist managers in their tasks
- Participate in training and the use of tools (e.g., Vorg)
- Perform all other related tasks
