In the heart of downtown, La Boîte occupies the premises of the former Boîte à Films, a cinema that has made Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu vibrate for over twenty years. Since 2016, this multifunctional space keeps this creative and intimate spirit, perfect for an OFF montgolfières evening where the public and the artist meet a few steps away from each other.
The atmosphere is both warm and electric: a room designed to transform each performance into a magical moment, where the energy is felt even in the last rows.

Together on stage
That evening, Marie-Mai and David Laflèche shared much more than a stage. In a stripped down acoustic formula, guitar and voice in the foreground, the two artists will offer intimate re-readings of their greatest songs, intertwined with covers that have marked them. A rare complicity, only a few meters away from the public.
