Kiosk parent-secours
The safety of all our festival-goers, young and old, is our top priority. Every year, our Parent-Secours kiosk offers bracelets to identify your children and reach you quickly in case of need. Ensure your family's safety and enjoy your visit with complete peace of mind!
Lending kiosk
Here are some of the loan services offered during the festival:

→ Children's cart loan;
→ Lockers (available in limited quantities, only for cart and wheelchair renters).
Parent-Child Center
The perfect place for a moment's rest. The Parent-Child Center brings together everything you need to ensure your little ones' well-being:

→ Diapers and wipes;
→ Microwave ovens.
General services

Aire ouverte
Discover Aire ouverte!
Are you between 12 and 25 years old and curious about the resources available to you? At the festival, the Aire ouverte team will be on-site to tell you all about their youth-focused services. Come say hi—even in party mode!
Outside the festival, Aire ouverte offers a safe, welcoming, and confidential space for youth aged 12 to 25 and their loved ones. Whether it’s for your mental, physical, social, or sexual health, the many Aire ouverte locations across Québec are here for you.
HORS-PISTE Booth – Youth Wellness Zone
Because youth mental health matters
Anxiety among young people is a growing concern, and the HORS-PISTE program offers practical tools to help tackle it. Created by the RBC Centre for University Expertise in Mental Health, this free program promotes mental well-being and helps prevent anxiety and adjustment disorders from early childhood through young adulthood.
At the festival, the HORS-PISTE booth invites youth and families to engage in fun and interactive activities that focus on wellness and healthy lifestyle habits. A great way to support young people—while having fun!

Passe-moi la puck – Street Outreach Presence
Human connection, without judgment
Passe-moi la puck is a community-based street outreach organization in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Their team supports vulnerable and marginalized individuals of all ages through a harm-reduction and compassionate approach.
At the festival
Outreach workers will be on-site to:
- Build connections and share available services
- Provide support, active listening, and referrals as needed
- Distribute prevention materials: condoms, naloxone kits, and safe-use supplies
A discreet and caring presence for anyone who may need it.
