Reporting to the coordinator, you'll be a key element of logistics on the festival site. Working directly with the reception teams and logistics partners, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly (or rather, like golf carts!).
Your responsabilities
What you’ll do :
Reporting to the coordinator, you'll be a key element of logistics on the festival site. Working directly with the reception teams and logistics partners, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly (or rather, like golf carts!).
Your main responsibilities:
- Key management : allocation, monitoring and control of access to different areas of the site.
- Supervision of reception agents : team management, field problem solving and operational support.
- Golf kart fleet management : allocation, basic maintenance and usage tracking.
- Coordination with emergency services : under the responsibility of the coordinator, ensure communication and collaboration with Saint-Jean Ambulance, the police and the fire department when necessary.
- Be a point of contact for field logistics during the event.
Expectations
What we’re looking for :
- Experience in logistics, team management or events (an asset).
- Good ability to manage stress and make decisions quickly.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, reliability.
- Ease of communication (by radio, telephone, in person).
- Availability during the festival and during set-up and dismantling days.
