Hostess

The incumbent of the position ensures the reception and orientation of festival-goers on the festival site, while ensuring a friendly, safe and smooth experience. He/she represents the image of the event and works closely with the reception team and site managers to answer questions, direct visitors to the various departments and support the smooth running of activities on site.

• Welcome festival-goers on site
• Validate the accreditations
• Ensuring a proactive presence
• Ensure compliance with instructions and contribute to the safety and smooth running of the event
• Proceed with the opening and closing of the sector

• Experience in customer service, reception, or event management (asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Professional, courteous and audience-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure during major events
• Good command of French; English is an asset
• Availability according to the festival schedule (days, evenings, weekends)
