Hostess

The person is responsible for ensuring a warm and professional welcome to festival-goers wishing to access the terrace. She validates the accreditations and ensures compliance with current guidelines. It maintains a proactive presence to meet the needs of visitors, contributes to the safety and smooth running of activities, and participates in the opening and closing of the sector.

• Welcome festival-goers on the terrace

• Experience in customer service, reception, or event management (asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Professional, courteous and audience-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure during major events
• Good command of French; English is an asset
• Availability according to the festival schedule (days, evenings, weekends)
