Guest Services Agent
Do you have a flair for service and want to contribute to the experience of one of Quebec's biggest festivals? Join us as a customer service intern and help create an unforgettable experience for our festival-goers!

Your responsabilities
What you’ll do :
- Respond to festivalgoers' questions by phone, email, and on-site.
- Provide support before and during the event, assisting with information requests and troubleshooting.
- Help manage festivalgoer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to provide quick and effective solutions to attendees.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by collecting visitor feedback.
- Keep customer service policies up to date.
- Create an information guide for all key on-site staff during the festival (telecom, info booth, box office, etc.).
Expectations
What we’re looking for :
- Strong customer service skills, patience, and active listening.
- Comfortable communicating in both French and English, orally and in writing.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Interest in the events industry and a desire to contribute to the festival’s success.

Additional details :
Start and end times for this role may not align with local public transportation schedules. The candidate must therefore be self-sufficient in terms of transportation. Free parking is available on-site. More information will be provided during the interview.
