Your mission

Your role

You will lead our digital strategy and social media and will propose and execute our marketing plan with a strong focus on digital channels. Your mandate: plan, create, and publish engaging content; run our digital campaigns; analyze performance; and ensure a bold, innovative presence online.

Your responsabilities

What you’ll do :

  • Develop and implement high-performing digital strategies integrated into our 360° marketing plan, in collaboration with the Marketing Director and key stakeholders.
  • Build segmentation and loyalty strategies (databases, automation, online customer journeys).
  • Manage social media daily:
    • Editorial calendar, copywriting, publishing;
    • Content creation (photos, videos, Stories, Reels, TikToks);
    • Community growth, engagement, and moderation.
  • Produce and/or coordinate multimedia content: photo/video capture, quick edits, promo capsules, and live coverage during the Festival.
  • Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.); track results and optimize budgets with our agency partner.
  • Set up and analyze performance dashboards (KPIs, ROI, analytics) and deliver clear, actionable reports.
  • Oversee website updates and optimization (Craft CMS): content, SEO/SEM, user experience, accessibility.
  • Conduct digital and creative monitoring: identify emerging trends (content, platforms, influencers) and pitch innovative ideas.
Expectations

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management.
  • Strong command of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Hands-on experience in multimedia content creation (photo, video, light editing).
  • Proficiency with ad and analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4).
  • Excellent writing skills, creativity, and a knack for generating engagement.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and curious about innovation.
  • Asset: experience in events, tourism, or culture.
