Your mission

Your role

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the person in this role will be responsible for launching our partners’ brands, actively participating in planning, outreach, negotiation, and the management of strategic partnerships and sponsorships. You will be at the heart of business relationships, from strategy to execution.

Your responsabilities

What you’ll do

  • Support and assist management in business development activities
  • Participate in ideation and the development of innovative brand partnership strategies
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners
  • Design and write compelling business proposals for current and potential partners
  • Coordinate executed agreements: prepare contracts, brief internal teams, manage the logistics of activations and branding
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on the execution and administration of agreements
  • Prepare presentation, solicitation, and reporting documents
  • Update the CRM and dashboards related to business relationships
  • During the festival, ensure smooth execution of marketing activations, oversee the VIP experience, and be at the center of the action alongside our partners!
Expectations

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed sales and customer service sense
  • Positive attitude in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and sometimes demanding environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Bilingual
