As Agent·e - communications & marketing, you will be at the heart of exchanges between the festival and its audience. By supporting communications, content creation and customer service, you will contribute every day to make the International Hot Air Balloon Festival shine and offer a memorable experience to hundreds of thousands of festival-goers.

Your role
You are the link between the festival and its audience. You help to pass on the right information, at the right time, through the right channels. Thanks to your sense of organization and communication, you support the team in content creation, information management and customer service in order to offer a positive experience to festival-goers and volunteers.
Your responsabilities
What you'll do
- Respond to public requests for information (emails, social networks)
- Participate in writing and updating content (FAQ, newsletters, website)
- Support the preparation of communication tools for festival-goers and volunteers
- Contribute to the organization and structuring of customer information (procedures, guides, internal documents)
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to communications and customer service
- Any other related tasks
Expectations
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, design, digital media or related field.
- Remarkable French pen: you write quickly, accurately and with style.
- Comfortable in video recording and editing, especially for short formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Curiosity, autonomy, resourcefulness - you take initiatives without waiting.
- Asset: experience in events, tourism, or culture.
