Situated at only 20 minutes of Montreal, the International Balloon Festival offers several services to their visitors. Among them, we can find: information services, services for families, services for disabled people, lockers and stroller rentals service, and many other general services. A little bit of everything to make the experience at the International Balloon Festival the most magical it can be!

Free services for families
Jean Coutu / Vaseline Service Center
- Infant’s Corner : breastfeeding facility, changing tables, diapers, wet towels, baby powder, micro-wave as well as several other products.
- The « débarbouillette » corner : hand cream, sunscreen cream et antibacterial gel.
- Block Parent : Jean Coutu identification bracelet and a mobile squad for the distribution of bracelets.
- Lockers and troller rentals : troller, wheelchairs and lockers.
